From Tibet, this handmade necklace from Toltec Gypsy has many pendants on the end.  There is a Turquoise Horn and a "Om Mani Padme Hum" prayer (the prayer of compassion) engraved on a silver tab.  Accented with links of Thai silver.  The linen cord can be tied to make the necklace any length.
